Kim retains Mindy, without discussion of entering legal arena, continues to talk about cooperative/collaborative separation, and potentially moving to MN.

From this point on, we are having one conversation about plans for the future, while Kim is making alternative plans and is telling mutual friends (including my sister-in-law) about her plans which contradict what she’s telling me.

Through a series of bizarre events (including onset of COVID), I wouldn’t have legal representation for a year. Kim didn’t mention having a lawyer until she made the surprise announcement on Feb. 14th 2020, that she had no intention of moving to Minnesota, like we had been discussing, instead she was going to file for divorce in two weeks and take the kids to Birmingham, Alabama.
