Malfeasance [ mal-fee-zuhns ]

noun Law.

the performance by a public official of an act that is legally unjustified, harmful, or contrary to law; wrongdoing (used especially of an act in violation of a public trust).

This site is dedicated to the events transpiring throughout the case of 20-FM-3914 in DeKalb County Superior Court. Throughout this case, legal professionals consistently violated laws, professional codes of conduct, and all reasonable expectations of what could take place during a legal process in the United States of America.

My case was apparently not an anomaly, because the system did not “bat an eye” at the most extreme examples of what I believed to be unthinkable actions by attorneys prior to this case. Instead, the attorneys just became more brazen in their actions after daring to call attention to one of their misdeeds. This is not a system restricted by rules, governed by laws, or even in alignment with the most basic human values like protecting the welfare of young children.

This is the system that exists, and people need to be aware of it.
